Providing technical resources to complete the mission of  securing, maintaining, providing spare parts, ground support equipment (GSE) simulators, and providing  operations and maintenance support, consultations training, and Program Management. To provide knowledge, technology, design and  solutions of the highest quality in the telecommunications  services industry that meet the needs of the end user.
